We want you to love your jewelry — but if something’s not quite right, we’re happy to help. ❤️

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is in its original condition.


How to Start a Return

Email us at info@working925jewelry.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us right away so we can make it right.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We’re unable to accept returns on items that have been custom resized or altered for personalization.


Exchanges

Want something different? The quickest way to make an exchange is to return your item and place a new order.


European Union Customers

If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition and include proof of purchase.


Refunds

Refunds are issued promptly on business days after we’ve received your return and picked it up from our PO box. We’ll send a confirmation email once the refund has been processed to your original payment method.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
